Health and fitness has always been a passion of mine. Formally a competitive dancer, I've been active majority of my life. It wasn't until I became a mother that I recognized the urgency to take care of myself, and set a good example for my family through my mind, body, and soul.
Helping others is now what I am most passionate about. I want to help people, especially women, feel good about themselves from the inside out. I believe that our confidence comes from within and our self-worth comes from God. I want people to realize that they don't have to be a certain size, weight, shape, etc. to feel good about themselves.
As a mother of 3 I know how difficult it can be to find time to workout. Whether you have kids of your own, or are constantly on the go, we often put off exercise. No matter how busy you are, my desire is to encourage you to get at least 30 minutes of movement in a day. Whether it is lifting weights, walking, jogging, HIIT workouts, or exercise DVDS I want you to move. It will set a great example for not only our families, but those around us, and with movement comes great health benefits.
My hope is that you may be inspired, motivated, and encouraged to live a healthy life not just physically, but mentally and spiritually as well. I believe that health starts on the inside and shines through the outside.
