What is RISE?
The Rise with Torie program is all about training for life. My mission is to help women break free from obsessing or neglecting over their bodies, to give them the tools needed to reach their goals, and help them renew their minds with faith based teachings.
Rise offers online workouts for your home and the gym. With full length AND demonstration videos, you'll find the tools you need to reach your goals, perform movements properly, and be coached to success.
Rise workouts include strength training, core, full body conditioning, and body weight cardio for all fitness levels. Each workout is strategically programmed with your goals in mind.
Rise is a sisterhood of women who are on a mission to not let obstacles or difficulties of life keep us down. We rise up, and bring others with us. We don't hide our light, but let it shine to inspire and encourage others.

Once you register you will receive a conformation email. From there you will have set up a login and password. Save this information.
From there you will have instant access to your ebook, trainings , scheduled or on-demand workouts and more. You will also receive a link to the private Facebook community.
New workouts will be released weekly, with teachings being released monthly.

What equipment do I need?A pair of dumbbells is required. Optional equipment includes: Mini loop band, Bench, box, barbell and plates, and kettlebell. This program is adaptable to see you where you're at. You always have the option to make modifications if you don’t have certain pieces of equipment, which are shown.
How long are the workouts?I try to keep the workouts under 30 minutes, however there is occasional workouts that may take up to 45 minutes.
Does Rise offer full length workouts or just demonstration videos?You will actually receive both! Whichever you prefer is available to you.
Does my subscription auto-renew?Yes, subscriptions auto-renew each month so that you don't have to purchase the next plan every time one is coming to an end. You can cancel at any time. Just be sure to cancel before you are billed for the following month.
What type of workouts are in your membership?If you were previously in StrongHer or The Renew Project, than the workouts will be very similar to those. This includes a combonation of strength workouts (lower and upper), HIIT, core, full body, and interval cardio. You will also receive active recovery workouts, warm ups and cool downs. If you are joining the full Rise membership than you will have access to the on-demand workouts that include kickboxing cardio, pilates, stretching, drumstick routines, jump rope and more!
Is there a contract or long-term commitment if I sign up?No. You can cancel at any point by going into your account settings on the website. If you have any trouble, simply email us at: email@example.com

My belief is that health and fitness should begin from within. With a healthy mind, and spiritual foundation, we will begin to move closer to a healthy body.
I have had the privilege of helping thousands of women transform their bodies, but even greater than that is the privilege of seeing God transform their hearts.
I wholeheartedly believe that health and fitness is less about rules and obligations and all about creating lifestyle changes. My goal is to give women the tools they need to live healthy and free for the rest of their lives. Through movement and faith based teachings I help women find freedom and move toward a healthy relationship with food, exercise, and most importantly, Christ.
