Come join us for the very first Strong Mom's class.
The workout will consist of low impact moves that will help you connect with your baby, while getting in a good sweat session.
We will start at 9:30am. Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can start promtly. We will do a 30 minute mommy and me workout followed by a 5-10 minutes to mingle with fellow mommies.
Please bring a yoga mat or towel, water, and your baby/toddler (ages birth to 3 years). Stroller are pemitted. First class is FREE!
