The "Strong In Him" class not only focuses on outter strength and fitness, but inner strength through a relationship with God. It's an uplifting time filled with powerful songs, strength filled exercise, and a short devotion to help you develope a deeper connection with Christ.

We Are Strong HIIT

"We Are Strong"


Come join us for a fun and fast paced class that will have you challenging your fitness, and developing your strength through a positive and uplifting environment. 

This is a body weight HIIT themed workout. HIIT stands for "high intensity interval training". It is meant to get your heart rate up and blood pumping quickly to give you the maximum caloric burn, and increase your overall endurance.

"We are strong" is our mantra, and we believe that everyone is strong no matter what your fitness level.

Mom Strong Class

At times, us mom's can feel isolated from the world around us. But it doesn't have to be that way! "Strong Mom's" mommy and me class offers a great opportunity to get out of the house and interact with your baby while meeting with other moms. We play with our babies, move our bodies, and make mommy connections.

Mommy and Me Class


Come join us for the very first Strong Mom's class. 

The workout will consist of low impact moves that will help you connect with your baby, while getting in a good sweat session. 

We will start at 9:30am. Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can start promtly. We will do a 30 minute mommy and me workout followed by a 5-10 minutes to mingle with fellow mommies.  

Please bring a yoga mat or towel, water, and your baby/toddler (ages birth to 5 years). Stroller are pemitted. First class is FREE!

Please arrive 5 minutes early so we can start promtly. We will do a 30 minute workout followed by a 5-10 minute devotional time. 

Please bring a yoga mat or towel, water, and an open heart.



FREE We Are Strong HIIT Class



The location is TBD. Class starts at 7:00pm. Workouts typically last about 45 minutes. Please arrive 5 minutes early so we can start on time. 

ALL skill levels welcome. Please bring a yoga mat or towel, and water. Feel free to bring a friend!
