What if I told you that you could reach your goals with a higher success rate, faster, and were able to stay on track when temptation rises? What if I said the solution was simple and only required doing one thing?
Well the answer is here! Accountability.
I'm so excited to be offering 1 on 1 accountability for those in my StrongHer groups. Accountability can help you stay committed to fitness, reach your goals, change your lifestyle, and all while having fun.
What is included?
Along with the StrongHer Getting Started Guide, Fit Journal, and workout list, you will also get:
-Weekly Skype, FaceTime, or SnapChat check in's
-Daily accountability through text or email
-Form verification via recorded video or Skype
-1 on 1 support
-A chance to go through the Getting tarted Guide, ask questions, take notes, and set your GOALS
Research shows that having a fitness support system in place results in better adherence to diet and exercise and more pounds shed and kept off over the long term.
