HOW THE CHALLENGE WORKS
This is a FREE challenge designed to help you kickstart healthy habits, grow in your faith, and move closer to freedom living!
Daily tasks (or blessings) include:
>Move for at least 30 Minutes a day
>At least 10 minutes of Bible reading a day
>Eliminate processed foods
>64oz of water a day
>Positive self affirmation
HOW SHOULD I WORKOUT?
However you like to move your body, do that! First thing we want to to do is develop consistency with moving our body. These daily tasks will help you do just that!
I do have programs available if you need guidance.
WHAT SHOULD I READ DAILY?
You can't go wrong when you open God's word!
However, sometimes we need guidance. If you are new to reading daily, start in Matthew. There are 28 chapters, so about a chapter a day will get you close to that 30 day goal!
SHOULD I FOLLOW A MEAL PLAN?
It's less about strict meal plans, and more about incorporating as many healthy choices into your meals as possible. When you sign up, I will send you a PDF to help guide you along.

As we check off the daily tasks (or as I like to call them, blessings), we're not just getting fit; we're forging a path towards a healthier, more faithful lifestyle. We will be developing a life of honoring God by filling our minds with His truths, and taking care of the incredible bodies He gave us.
