Strength isn't just about being strong physically. It's about feeling strong mentally too! Let's do this together! Click here to sign up for either the beginner/intermediate program or the advanced program. Limited time only.
What is the StrongHer Challenge?
Every month I host a fitness challenge to inspire, educate, and encourage you to not only become stronger physically, but mentally too. You will be added to a PRIVATE Facebook group and emailed the daily workouts, challenges, recipes, and fit tips. In this group you will have access to daily workouts, demonstration videos, accountability, be able to ask me questions, share successes, giveaways, learn what it's like to live a healthy lifestyle, or push yourself to become better and stronger.
This month I am offering two levels to choose from; a low impact beginner/intermediate course, and a more rigorus advanced course. Both will be filled with new exercises, demo videos, HIIT, and Stength. They will be similar is structure, but more tailored to fit that particular fitness level.
*Please note that the workout videos are for demonstration purposes and to show form. They are not a full length, follow along videos of the workout. However, I will lead a few live workouts.
Why this format works:
While there are many factors that go into living a healthy life, two of the biggest reasons why people don't stick to their health and fitness goals is because of their lack of accountability, and inconsistency. Being part of this group will give you both. At any time you can post in the group for encouragement, share a struggle, ask a question about a certain food/product, ask about the workouts, or make new accountability friends. You will also be checking in daily to make sure you are staying on track.
What are the workouts like?
They will be simple, quick, and effective to help you get maximum results in 30 minutes or less. We will focus on strength using weights, body weight, and HIIT style cardio. I will also be demonstrating the moves with proper form and modifications so you will be set up for success. All fitness levels are welcome, but choose the level that would work best for you.
I will also be hosting private LIVE workouts through out the month that you can follow along with at home (or catch the replay at a later time).
Here's what you need to do:
Choose the program/level you will be following, and sign up below using the specified PayPal check out button. Once you have completed your PayPal payment you will be added to the email list and emailed a link to be added to a PRIVATE FaceBook page. If you will be doing this at home make sure you have a set of dumbells OR you can use cans of food, safe household items, your kiddos, resistance bands, or anything that gives you a little extra weight to workout with. But don't worry if you don't have any of those things. Just use the body weight only option.
Before we start,
you will be receiving the revised Getting Started Guide. This will include a portion control guide, a clean eating grocery list, my favorite recipes, a sample meal plan, daily food tracker, monthly meal calender (not a meal plan), clean snack ideas, water guide, fit test, and tips on how to make this challenge successful.
*Once I receive confirmation from PayPal you will be added to the email list and emailed a link to join a PRIVATE FaceBook page. Please make sure your correct email address is listed on your PayPal or in the comments section. Payment is non-refundable.
