Protein Cookie Dough Bites

This is one of my family's favorite healthy snacks!

 

Ingredients:

 

1 cup oat flour (blend oats in a blender to make the flour)

1/2 cup natural peanut butter or almond butter

3 tsp pure vanilla extract

2 scoops vanilla protein powder from Mrm-usa.com (get 40% off all supplements using code "torie" at check out)

2 Tbsp raw honey

2 Tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk

3 Tbsp dark chocolate chips

 

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and roll into balls.

 

You can add other things like chia seeds, wheat germ, ground flax and such!
