I get asked almost daily what my workout schedule looks like. To be honest, it changes often. I am a firm believer in not getting comfortable, especially with your workout routine. But I am more of a believer in being flexible. I mean, I am a mom of 3 young kids. I have to be flexible, so what you see on these graphics is a general idea of what I do in a week.
I also have different seasons. During running/race season I increase my weekly miles and focus more on speed work. On non-race/running season (Summer here in Florida), I focus more on strength building and leaning out. You will see that reflected on the two schedules I posted.
I am not a body builder, so these workouts will not reflect that. I am an every day women that wants to be healthy, not spend hours working out, but still kick butt in the gym. I do try to workout 5 days a week, but sometimes life happens and it ends up only being 4. I am ok with that. I don't freak out if I miss a workout. I don't obsess over it. I take life as it comes and do what I can with what I've been given.
