Pre Shower Workout

Rise and shine and start your day off with this quick pre-shower workout. It can help start your day off on the right note, or is a great option for busy people who may not had a chance to workout that day.


If you want to know how long it will take, here is a time guide:


1 Round (1 time through) is about 6 minutes

2 Rounds 12 minutes

and 3 rounds 18 minutes


That's it. You're now ready to wash away the evidence of your hard work.
