What is the strongHer challenge?
StrongHer is a fitness program with original workouts designed to get your body working, inspire, educate, and encourage you to not only become stronger physically, but mentally too. You will be added to a PRIVATE online forum via Facebook and emailed the daily workouts, challenges, educational articles, recipes, and fit tips.
You will receive:
A mix of strength, interval cardio, and core.
No 2 workouts are the same.
Easy to follow videos with correct form, and tips to help you execute the moves properly.
Daily check in's with a motivating community to keep you involved.
Have a question? Need healthy living advice? Feel free to ask at any point during the program.
Why this format works
While there are many factors that go into living a healthy life, two of the biggest reasons why people don't stick to their health and fitness goals is because of their lack of accountability, and inconsistency. Being part of this group will give you both. At any time you can post in the group for encouragement, share a struggle, ask a question about a certain food/product, ask about the workouts, or make new accountability friends. You will also be checking in daily to make sure you are staying on track.
I've spent time testing these workouts to develope quick, yet effective exercises to give you maximum results in about 30 minutes a day.
We will focus on strength using weights, body weight, and interval cardio. All workouts include demonstration videos with proper form and modifications so you will be set up for success. ALL fitness levels are welcome!
BONUS! They can all be done from the comfort of your own home!
Here's how to decide which level to follow:
Beginner-Someone who is new to exercise, hasn't worked out in a long time, or needs low impact movements. You will still be given 5 workouts a week, but are only required to do 2-3 a week until you get stronger.
Intermediate- Someone who has worked out before, has decent stamina, but still needs to improve form and overall fitness levels.
Advanced-You are ready for a challenge! You want to start lifting heavier, become even more fit, are pretty familiar with form or movements, and you want to challenge yourself.
Once you have completed your PayPal payment you will be added to an email list. You should receive your first email within minutes of signing up. Within that email will be given your workout sheet, Getting Started Guide, and a link taking you to the PRIVATE Facebook group.
The Getting Started Guide will tons of tips, portion control guide, clean eating grocery list, my favorite recipes, a sample meal plan, daily food tracker, monthly meal calendar (not a meal plan), clean snack ideas, water guide, fit test, and tips on how to make this challenge successful.
