Kick start your health with the StrongHer Beginnings Program designed by Torie Lin Fitness, to build total body strength, enhance cardiovascular endurance, gain muscular definition, lose weight, improve health and increase energy. It’s a great beginner-level program for those new to exercise, or anyone starting again.

This is a 6 week program designed to teach your proper form, get your blood pumping, and build up your strength to be able to move on to the StrongHer program. 

  • In the first 2 weeks we start with basic exercises.

  • From there we gradually blend exercises together as you build your strength and endurance.

  • These are "follow along" workouts, so you never have to guess what a movement is.

  • Once you complete the program you can choose to move on to StrongHer, or repeat again until you've gained the confidence to add more.

 This is an easy to follow plan and can be done in the comfort of your own home.
