As our society becomes more and more sedentary, this 30-Day Walking Challenge is designed to get you moving more while inviting you to experience the profound connection between your body, mind, and soul.

ABOUT THE CHALLENGE

For 30 days, you’ll bring your body and your mind closer to God as you journey through the Gospel of John while becoming more active in an accessible way.

Each week day you’ll walk and pray through the scripture with an audio recording as your guide. 

What you get:

DO I NEED WORKOUTS IN ADDITION TO THE WALKS?

If you are a beginner, walking is a great place to start. But if you've been at it for some time, add the walks into your daily routine. The goal is to move more throughout your day to avoid a sedentary life.

WHAT ARE THE AUDIO RECORDINGS?

Each day you will have an audio recording reading through the book of John. As you listen you will be invited to dig deeper into the text and self reflect for a transformative experience.

Hey, I'm Torie! Not your average fitness trainer who believes transformation begins from the inside, out.

I’m a mom of 3 who fell in love with helping other ladies move toward health and wholeness by giving them tools they need to live fit, healthy, and free for the rest of their lives.

Through movement and faith based teachings, I've helped thousands of women find freedom and move toward a healthy relationship with food, exercise, themselves and most importantly, Christ.
